There’s nothing like having a quick breakfast in the morning full of nutrition and healthy benefits. I love making smoothies at home, it’s a simple and cost-effective way to include various vitamins in my diet. When I make smoothies I don't use any artificial flavoring or sugar, and that’s why it’s a healthier option, compared to buying ready-made alternatives. I also love to juice a lot and create different flavored juices, depending on the fruits and vegetables I have available at the moment. Smoothies and juices are a great meal alternatives for me, and they keep me full for long period of time.
